Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy was developed by Production Bot, LLC ("PB", "we", "us" or "our") and applies to each visitor or registered user, as the case may be (each, a "user" or "you"), of ProductionBot.com ("Website" or "Service").  This Policy describes the information we collect, how it is collected, for what purposes it is collected, and the steps we take to secure this information.

 

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. We may provide you additional forms of notice of modifications or updates as appropriate under the circumstances. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

 

1.             What information do we collect.

 

            A.             Information you provide us directly

 

On the Service, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details to help you with your experience.

 

            B.             Analytics Information

 

We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

 

            C.             Cookies

We does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13.

9.             Governing Law; Venue.

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.  You hereby submit to exclusive jurisdiction in the federal and state courts of New York. You agree to receive service of process through e-mail, certified mail or by other means sanctioned by law, and you expressly waive any claim of improper venue and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
